Please complete the following form if you are interested in joining the Graduate School and Professional Asian American Mentor Program (AAMP) for the Fall of 2024.

AAMP pairs students with Asian American and Pacific Islander undergraduate students with graduate students and working professionals to who help you navigate your journey to graduate/professional schools. The program introduces you to the Asian American communities at UIC and helps you professionally develop while making lifelong friends and connections.

For priority consideration, please complete this form as soon as possible and no later than April 19th .

**Please note that this form will only be viewed by the Associate Director of the Asian American Resource and Cultural Center and AAMP Graduate Assistant.**
