Flames Finish Strong

Flames Finish Strong is a university-wide initiative. UIC knows the pressure students are under when it comes to finals, and the Flames Finish Strong events aim to curb the anxiety by offering programs to ease the stress.

Over the years, UIC has developed finals week traditions to bring the campus together and ease exam time stress. We also celebrate our graduating students, who will be Forever Flames. UIC Library will have extended hours at various locations and additional shuttles/night ride/walking escort services.

Late Night Breakfast - Join us at the Student Center East (SCE) in the Illinois Room for some pancakes and coffee!

African American Academic Network (AAAN) – SSB 2800. Tutoring all week from 8:30-5:00 pm.

Latin American Recruitment & Educational Services (LARES) – SSB 2640. Snacks and space to study 10:00am-4:00pm.

Tutoring for Chemistry 4/29 - 5/2 from 11:00am-4:00pm.
Tutoring for Math 4/29-5/1 from 10:00am-4:00pm.

Native American Support Program (NASP) – SSB 2700. NASP invites Indigenous students graduating this Spring and non-graduating Indigenous students to RSVP for a celebratory graduate brunch paid for by NASP!
