Instructions:

For this exercise, we have provided example goals from a hypothetical unit’s Advancing Racial Equity (ARE) Plan for your consideration. With colleagues at your table, examine your table's assigned goal, and discuss your responses to the following questions through the lens of your table's goal as it relates to the unit in question.

Following the discussion, each person at the table should then use this form submit their individual responses based on the discussions had.

You will have 30 minutes to discuss and enter responses.
