Report off-campus facilities rented, leased or otherwise reserved by Intercollegiate Athletics for student use (e.g., off-campus practice facilities).

REGISTER UIC FLAMES TRAVEL & GEOGRAPHY
for Clery Act Compliance

Intercollegiate Athletics teams/sports often have two types of Clery geography to register:

UIC Flames Travel (On-the-Road, Overnight Trips)

Register hotels or other facilities reserved for student lodging while on-the-road. Register trips within 1 week upon return.
Note: Day trips do not need to be reported for Clery Act compliance purposes.

UIC Flames Off-campus Geography

Register off-campus facilities rented, leased or otherwise reserved by Intercollegiate Athletics for ongoing student use (such as practice facilities or outdoor courts or fields).

Note: When competing at another institution, the host institution's facilities do not need to be registered unless UIC is granted control over a physical space through a written agreement.
