Chancellor’s Student Service and Leadership Awards (CSSLA) Heading link
Since 1973, the Chancellor’s Student Service and Leadership Awards (CSSLA) ceremony has recognized outstanding student leaders and student volunteers who, while maintaining high academic achievement, demonstrate a commitment to the UIC community through participation in student organizations and campus activities and throughout the greater Chicagoland area through active service and community engagement. CSSLA will be held on Thursday, April 13, 2023 5pm to 6:30pm CST in Student Center East. For additional individual nominations go to http://go.uic.edu/CSSLA. CSSLA individual award nominations will be open until Sunday, March 10, 2024.
Starting January 22, 2024, nominate/apply for the 2024 Student Organization Awards, which recognize the achievement of our student leaders and their service on and off campus. The application for the five awards closes Friday, February 9, 2024 at 11:59pm. Click on the name of the award below. Recipients this year will receive wonderful incentives and benefits for the upcoming school year.

SHARE THE AMAZING THINGS YOUR ORGANIZATION IS DOING AND THE AWARDS YOU RECEIVE:
The Center for Student Involvement wants to share the accomplishments of student organizations and their leaders. Please complete a form for EACH achievement from March 13, 2023 THROUGH March 29, 2024 . For instance, if your group was the State, Midwest, US and International Champion in Rubik’s Cube Construction please fill out 4 forms. This year’s form will close Sunday, March 10, 2023 at 5pm.
Each year we will individual and collective awards and achievement for sharing on our social media. Annually recipients will be acknowledged/recognized at the Chancellor’s Student Service and Leadership Award Ceremony.
