With a focus on enrolling traditionally underrepresented students, the Future Leaders in Business program provides continued support to students as they navigate the college prep and selection process.

During the program, students will learn about teamwork, leadership, and careers and majors in accounting, finance, entrepreneurship, human resource management, management, marketing and information and decision sciences.

Returning students are welcome to participate as the program includes an entrepreneurial competition with a rotating theme each year.

Description
Future Leaders in Business (FLB) is a free, one-week, commuter program for high school students interested in business. Eligible students will be entering sophomore, junior or senior year of high school in Fall 2024. Preference is given to traditionally underrepresented students from Chicago Public Schools.

July 8 – July 12, 2024
10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Location
Future Leaders in Business will take place on UIC’s East Campus and will follow university, City of Chicago and State of Illinois policies and guidelines regarding campus visit programs.
